We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cinema Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our cinema, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and achieving sales targets.
">- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience in managing staff, leading teams, and driving sales growth.
- They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- In addition, they will have a strong attention to detail and be able to plan and execute a variety of different tasks.
- They will also have the ability to lead and coach team members, empowering them to reach their full potential.
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the cinema, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing coaching and training as needed to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to senior management as appropriate.
- 2-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in managing staff, leading teams, and driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to plan and execute a variety of different tasks.
- Ability to lead and coach team members, empowering them to reach their full potential.
