Our company seeks a seasoned Bid Coordinator to spearhead the bidding process, driving business growth and ensuring seamless coordination.
This pivotal role involves spearheading the bidding process from initial request for proposal (RFP) through to the submission of the final bid.
The RoleAs a Senior Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in team success by coordinating across teams, including engineering, finance, and legal, to create winning bid strategies.
- Prepare, review, and edit bid documents with accuracy, compliance, and adherence to client specifications.
- Act as a central point of contact, fostering effective communication and collaboration among internal stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience as a Bid Coordinator within construction and engineering, preferably in a senior capacity.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous approach to documentation and project management.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, enabling you to identify opportunities and devise winning bid strategies.
