**Your Role:** As the Director of Transformation and Engagement, you will spearhead our Change Management Strategy and oversee critical functions, including Change and Communications Management Plans, UX Design, Personas, and Future State Process Mapping.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies that align with organisational objectives
* Create and execute detailed change management and communications plans that address stakeholder needs
* Lead UX design efforts and persona development to ensure user-centric solutions
* Collaborate with stakeholders to map out future state processes, ensuring they are optimised for UX and aligned with strategic goals
* Conduct thorough impact assessments to understand the effects of proposed changes and develop mitigation strategies

**Requirements:**

* Experience in delivering large scale complex transformation projects within a HR environment or similar
* Proven success in leading and managing a high performing team
* Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiations skills at a senior level
* Ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders and other partners to achieve required outcomes
* Highly developed research, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to understand project management methodology and support critical project related activities
