About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Director to lead our digital transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading digital transformation initiatives, with experience in delivering contemporary technologies and solutions. They will also have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring key delivery groups together and provide strategic leadership and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of a digital transformation strategy that aligns with the CCC's vision and mission
- Provide strategic leadership and management to ensure the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, business leaders, and technical teams
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for digital innovation and improvement
- Develop and implement plans to address technical and business-related issues
Requirements
- Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives, with a strong background in delivering contemporary technologies and solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring key delivery groups together
