About the Role

This role is a fixed-term, full-time 9-month contract, with the possibility of extension. It is a brand-new, key role in the Centre of Expertise Organisation Development & Talent team, which provides strategies, frameworks, tools, and initiatives to facilitate change, positive culture enablement, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies to drive cultural transformation and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and initiatives that promote positive change and cultural enablement.
  • Conduct needs assessments, analyze data, and provide recommendations to improve organizational performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners, to promote a culture of collaboration and open communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in organizational development, change management, and employee engagement.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training design.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
