As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships with customers through counter and internal sales, phone enquiries, and orders.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**

- Providing superior customer service and building relationships with valued customers and trade clients - Processing customer sales orders and credit returns - Coordination of daily deliveries - Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure orders supplied are correct and dispatched on time.

**To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need To Demonstrate:**

- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building relationships with customers - Ability to multitask whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail - Good verbal and written communications skills - Can do attitude - Experience with MS Office Applications.
