Job Title: Trade Counter Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Trade Counter team in Oak Flats. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and information about products, as well as undertaking various tasks to keep the branch running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service and information about products
  • Provide quotes both in person and over the phone
  • Undertake pick packing and stock control activities
  • Help maintain a tidy and safe working environment
  • Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Clean, valid driver's licence
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends
