**Polyaire Pty Ltd** is a dynamic and fast-growing international manufacturer of quality Air-conditioning Products and AirTouch Smart Air Conditioning technologies. Established in 1973, our headquarters are located in South Australia, with 25 branches across Australia.

We are seeking for passionate and motivated team member to join us in **Counter Sales** based in **Acacia Ridge, QLD**. This is a unique opportunity where no two days are the same. From interacting with customers to adding significant value in our administrative functions, this role will best suit for an individual who is a fast learner, multi-tasker and a general all rounder.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Processing of administrative documentation.
- Attending to enquiries by telephone, visitors and deliveries.
- Process domestic courier requests.
- Assist with trade counter data entry as directed.
- Ensures compliance with all Polyaire policies and procedures.
- Ad hoc tasks as requested.

**Ideally, we are seeking someone with exceptional common sense and a 'can-do' attitude, to work within a challenging yet rewarding industry. To be successful in this role you will**:

- Possess a strong work ethic, be professional, and a self-starter.
- Show strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make positive contribution within the team.
- Have good planning, organisation, and time management skills.
- Possess basic numerical skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
