Full Time Counter Sales Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Counter Associate to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role involves working 20-25 hours per week with a seasonal contract from October until January.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the sales floor remains tidy and organized, welcoming and greeting customers, providing product advice, and managing customer feedback and queries.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and greet customers upon arrival.
- Provide expert product advice to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Maintain a high level of tidiness and organization on the sales floor at all times.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolution to any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and promote brand awareness.
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Prior retail experience is beneficial but not essential.
- A strong customer-centric approach is necessary to excel in this position.
- Passion for beauty products and skincare is a must.
- Flexibility in terms of availability is also required.
- Ability to learn quickly and make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
