  • ">
  • Oversee daily workplace operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and a high standard of hospitality.">
  • Implement programming aligned with the return to office at Stripe, engagement with key stakeholders in supporting office experience & culture, and strengthening vendor relationships to keep employees engaged and productive.">
  • Manage vendors on a day-to-day basis, including system onboarding and access tracking, addressing issues, tracking progress, and ensuring resolution within the expected SLAs.">
  • Create great first impressions; manage front-of-house experience, ensuring both guests and employees have an exceptional experience.">
  • Provide feedback on programs to be shared with the Programs team for incorporation into existing and new programs.">
  • Partner with project managers (internal and external), cross-functional partner teams on new office builds and expansion.">
  • Communicate workplace concepts and plans clearly to diverse audiences, including senior executives, cross-functional colleagues, and employees.">
  • Maintain and update internal office content and resources as needed.">
  • Champion Stripe’s operating principles, fostering a positive workplace culture.">

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in office/facilities management in a fast-paced environment with a working knowledge of building systems and operational best practices.">
  • Demonstrated abilities and strengths in vendor and budget management.">
  • Strength in building relationships with key partners to ensure efficiency and understanding on cross-functional projects.">
  • A proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines and projects; be highly organized with analytical skills.">
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.">
