Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned commercial professional to lead our capital works and maintenance services program in Sydney.

  • Oversee all contractual, financial, and project controls aspects of the 10-year program.
  • Lead a large team comprising contracts management, finance, and project controls professionals.
  • Serve as JV Board Secretariat and member of the JV Senior Leadership Team.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of program-wide projects.
  • Apply strong commercial negotiation skills to resolve contractual issues.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in quantity surveying, commercial law, construction management, or business management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of major project/program commercial requirements.
  • Proficiency in NEC4 suite of contracts and experience with joint venture enterprises.
