Job Title: Associate Director Contracts
This role requires a high-level commercial professional to lead the end-to-end procurement process for all-of-government digital platforms, ensuring compliance with NSW Government policies and maximizing value for money.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of contract partners to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with internal senior leaders
Oversee the end-to-end procurement process within GTP, ensuring compliance with NSW Government policies and maximizing value for money
People leadership for immediate team and broader directorate, actively participating in Value & Portfolio Management leadership
Represent senior leaders as required, providing expert, actionable advice and recommendations to executives
Engage with vendors and industry partners to develop strategic partnerships and optimize digital product offerings
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in leading a large multi-disciplinary team in a service delivery environment while developing and operationalizing commercial processes
Experience in designing and implementing long-term strategies to ensure value for money and service continuity aligned with platform requirements and budget
Procurement, sourcing, contract and vendor management experience, including demonstrated ability to be an SME on government digital commercial operations
