Job Title: Business Performance Leader

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic business leader to support our Franchise Network Partners in NSW/ACT. This role will ensure their business is operating smoothly and assist with amplifying the company's market reach through recruitment of new partners.

This position is based at our Head Office in Smithfield and reports to the National Franchise and Network Manager. You will work alongside a close-knit team who are passionate about our products and customers.

Occasional interstate travel may be required for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, supplier meetings, and partner functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting FNP's from initial enquiry to onboarding and ongoing support.
  2. Conducting monthly reviews with FNPs to cover core business disciplines and ensure compliance obligations are met.
  3. Leading the performance of designated FNPs and working collaboratively with them to grow their business.
  4. Increasing sales productivity by improving customer conversions and maximising selling opportunities.
  5. Observing and reporting events that may influence FNP performance, identifying problems, and assisting in finding solutions.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications or experience in a relevant industry sector.
  • Experience with sales and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of contracts and legal documents, specifically franchise documents.
  • Strong understanding of the Franchise Code of Conduct and the role of the Franchise Council of Australia.
  • Strong IT skills including CRM and Microsoft office tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership and relationship management skills.
