Chief Business Performance Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Manager to lead the RBS Business Performance team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire four diverse teams - Performance Reporting, Data Analytics, Frontline Reporting, and Line 1 Risk.
- Provide strategic and commercial advice to the RBS Leadership team and RBS CFO.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance financial reporting and analysis processes.
- Manage and support a team of direct and indirect reports, fostering a high-performing work culture.
- A minimum of ten years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in a Retail Banking environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- A high degree of commercial acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- A results-driven leader with strong leadership skills and experience building and managing a high-performing team.
