Executive Manager RBS Business Performance Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Manager to lead the RBS Business Performance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire four diverse teams - Performance Reporting, Data Analytics, Frontline Reporting, and Line 1 Risk.
  • Provide strategic and commercial advice to the RBS Leadership team and RBS CFO.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance financial reporting and analysis processes.
  • Manage and support a team of direct and indirect reports, fostering a high-performing work culture.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in a Retail Banking environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • A high degree of commercial acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
  • A results-driven leader with strong leadership skills and experience building and managing a high-performing team.
