Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and analytical leader to drive business performance across all channels. This role will require close collaboration with stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing departments, and other key partners. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and deploying dynamic dashboards that provide actionable insights into key performance metrics.

  • Develop and execute plans to improve commercial initiatives and track performance through regular reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals, such as building new practices around driving business performance through prioritization of commercial initiatives and consistent execution.
  • Support and coach commercial and retail teams in developing business acumen skills and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and management, with experience in coordinating and consolidating sales forecasts during different financial planning phases. Additionally, they should be able to act as a major contributor to creating various commercial presentations, including annual Market Action Plans and regular commercial meetings.
