Performance Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Strategist to join our high-performing team.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in performance marketing, either client-side or agency-side.

You will be responsible for deploying, managing and optimising multi-channel campaigns across SEM, social, video and display. Your work will directly contribute to student acquisition outcomes for our university partners, supported by a collaborative team and a culture that values innovation, curiosity and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and optimise performance marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration and conversion stages.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights across CPL, CPA, ROI and creative effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and media partners to drive platform efficiency and best practice.
  • Support creative development with data-led recommendations and storytelling.
  • Enhance conversion rates across the student acquisition funnel, from lead generation to enrolment.
About You:
  • 4–6+ years' experience in performance marketing, with expertise in SEM, social, video and display.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budget management and ROI analysis.
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Analytical, curious and forward-thinking, with a passion for exploring new ideas.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (MBA or Master's degree desirable).
