Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and empowerment within an organisation that thrives with its employees.

This position involves planning, coordinating, creating, implementing, and measuring key digital marketing channels and campaign activity to empower problem-solving and portfolio growth at a strategic level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating digital marketing activities and campaigns to support marketing strategies and business objectives. This includes developing digital campaign calendars and program plans to coordinate multi-channel digital delivery.

The specialist will also refine digital requirements requested by the business to provide clear channel deliverables and program consistency. Additionally, they will manage web copy updates, website updates, organic social media posts, and technical functionality development/expansions delivered via IT systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience guiding external agency partners to help deliver and support expanded channel support (e.g., paid social campaigns).

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with digital marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Success in implementing web copy and website updates.
  • SEO optimisation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and working closely with external partners.
  • Ability to coordinate multi-channel digital delivery.
  • Experience guiding teams on technical briefs provided by the business demands.
  • Independent judgement and problem-solving skills.
