Job Title: Digital Marketer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketer to support our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and customer acquisition through comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

The successful applicant will develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, SEO, and SEM. They will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to define and implement long-term digital marketing plans.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a digital marketing role
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Specialist knowledge in SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook ads, and other social platforms
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer acquisition
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to define and implement digital marketing plans
  3. Design and deliver targeted digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  4. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing decisions

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in a start-up environment
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and ability to demonstrate results
  • Specialist knowledge in SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook ads, and other social platforms
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across internal and external organisations
