What We're Looking For

We are seeking a talented Search Manager who can drive growth and deliver high-performing paid search strategies for our clients. As a key member of the digital team, you will report to the Head of Digital and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Paid Search, including strategy, development, and delivery.

You will work closely with the broader team to drive integrated campaigns and provide strategic guidance to clients. We are looking for a performance legend who is passionate about Paid Search, loves strategy, and is not afraid to get hands-on with the specialists surrounding them. You will shine your insight and brilliance on the team to drive incredible paid media outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your solid experience in Paid Search to drive success for the agency and clients.
  • Lead strategic conversations in Paid Search and own Search across 'All Things' [Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max etc.].
  • Pull up your sleeves and get 'on the tools' across Paid Search for complex brands.
  • Demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence, excellent listening skills, and ability to transform complex data into clear communications.
  • Show an entrepreneurial spirit, being naturally curious and unafraid to ask questions.
  • Understand the broader digital mix and marketing technology, with a goal of driving hyper-targeted, successful, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Develop strong client relationships at a strategic level, functioning as a trusted digital advisor.
