Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and data-driven marketing professional to lead our digital marketing efforts across various channels. As Digital Marketing Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that drive customer conversion, reactivation, and retention.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing strategy for growth initiatives across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver targeted, performance-driven campaigns that support business goals and objectives.
  • Own and manage campaign execution, budgeting, and ROI analysis to ensure measurable results and revenue growth.
  • Partner with product owners to leverage customer data, segmentation, and personalized messaging to enhance campaign performance.
  • Act as a brand advocate, understanding unique business needs and providing tailored marketing solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through testing, insights, and analytics to inform decision-making and scale marketing efforts.

 

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, with expertise in upper to mid-funnel strategies for brand awareness, audience engagement, and multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns and optimizing spend across channels to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Experience working with major publishers and marketing technology tools, including analytics platforms and customer data platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from marketing data and build performance dashboards.
  • A passion for customer engagement and digital innovation, along with a collaborative mindset and strong leadership skills.
