About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Beverage and Food All-Rounder to join our dynamic team at Moxy Sydney Airport. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and service of food and beverages in our B&F outlet, exceeding guest expectations and providing a high level of service.
  • Engage with guests throughout their dining experience, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and completing daily checklists with attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, understanding their needs and delivering a personalized experience.
  • Support the Beverage and Food Crew in general operational tasks, contributing to the smooth running of the outlet.
  • Build and maintain relationships with guests, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
About You
  • You hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • You have relevant experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of food and beverage service principles.
  • You possess working rights in Australia and are enthusiastic about advancing your career.
  • You are self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment, with a can-do attitude and smart solutions.
