Food and Beverage Attendant Opportunity

The Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our Outback Trek Café team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Expertly craft and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including specialty beverages and artisan coffee.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, including utensils, equipment, and service areas.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting beverages or food items when needed.
  • Upselling and Sales: Identify opportunities to upsell store items and promote our products to customers.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and customer service skills to provide a positive experience for our guests.
  • Barista Experience: Have prior experience as a barista or in a similar role.
  • Commercial Kitchen Experience: Have relevant experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: Be punctual, reliable, and conscientious in the performance of all duties.
