Job Title: Food & Beverage Attendant

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences? We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team at Q Dining Restaurant at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour.

About the Role

We are looking for a truly passionate hospitality professional who has a bright personality to represent and be the first impression of both Q Dining and The Quartier. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for:

  • Explaining the menu to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences, and providing suitable assistance when recommending beverages.
  • Delivering food & beverage items to tables.
  • Providing all customers with memorable, personal, and unique experiences showcasing Hyde Hacienda's flair and glamour.
  • Maintaining product knowledge and maximising bar sales.
  • Keeping your section of the floor organised.
  • Ensuring that dockets are written clearly and correctly so the cashier and kitchen can fulfill their duties effectively.
  • Promptly answering the telephone and maximising sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.
