Job Description

We are seeking a customer service professional to join our dynamic National Contact Centre team in Revesby as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a high-volume, dynamic call centre or customer service environment and be available to work weekend shifts on a Sunday - Thursday roster.

  • Experience working in a high-volume call centre or customer service environment is highly regarded.
  • Availability to work weekend shifts on a Sunday - Thursday roster.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to direct high-volume inquiries.
  • Strong computer literacy skills.
  • Helpful and adaptable approach when understanding customer needs with an ability to navigate and solve complex issues.

The successful candidate will handle inbound calls, respond to emails, and manage web portal enquiries-delivering exceptional service every step of the way. As part of our recruitment process, successful candidates may be required to undergo background checks.
