High Volume Customer Service Manager

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our high-volume customer service operations.
- Manage and coach 3 Team Leaders with a combined team of 25+ across core customer transactions.
- Drive operational improvement by streamlining processes, reducing inefficiencies and increasing productivity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, PMO, Distribution Centre, Kit Room and Ops to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the management of customer transactions, including open orders and related operations.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-volume customer service operations.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
