Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a key point of contact for a high volume of incoming phone and email enquires.

The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • About the Role:

    • Answer telephone and email enquiries from the legal profession and the public.
    • Provide assistance to solicitors by telephone and email with online lodgement to renew a license.
    • Maintain database records and perform data entry tasks.
    • Prepare documents for a team of lawyers regarding applications for Certificates of Fitness.
    • Perform general office duties including opening and sorting mail, sending out mail-outs, filing, scanning and photocopying.

  • Requirements:

    • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume environment.
    • Administration experience, preferably gained in a legal or regulatory environment.
    • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and database applications.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
