Job Title: Service & Warranty Specialist
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Service & Warranty Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving product warranty issues in a timely and efficient manner.
This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume call centre environment, and a strong technical aptitude with computer skills.
Promoting customer satisfaction and ensuring that customer records are up-to-date within our systems is also an essential part of this role.
To succeed in this position, you will need to be proactive, reliable, and have excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities:- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and make outbound calls when required.
- Support customers in resolving product warranty issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with our Quality Assurance team for technical support.
- Address customer complaints and work on solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage and diagnose customer warranty requests.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide clear effective solutions.
- Provide outstanding customer service and product advice.
- Ensure customer records are updated within our systems.
- Manage day-to-day requirements including process of work orders and invoices and arranging selected suspected product returns.
- Monitor and report on claims, issues, and procedural metrics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, specifically in Warranty and After Sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume inbound call centre environment.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent technical aptitude and computer skills, preferably with Microsoft.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and reliable with excellent time management skills.
