Air Freight Export Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage and complete the administration of the airfreight export forwarding process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage air export bookings.
  • Manage and handle customer requirements.
  • Provide shipment visibility and profitability using DGF tools.
  • Cross train in different aspects of the export department to provide support if required.
  • Handle general enquiries as required.
  • Support stakeholders in incident and exception management resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • General knowledge of freight forwarding.
  • Cargo Wise experience preferred.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Highly motivated self-starter.
  • Results and outcome driven.
  • Strong communication and administration skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Adaptable to changes daily due to customer requests.
  • High degree of reliability and attention to detail.
