Harvest Pub Operations Cook Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our kitchen team at The William Farrer in Wagga Wagga. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food to meet the expectations of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the head chef to plan menus and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Conduct daily stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Cook according to dietary requirements and ensure all dishes meet our high standards.
Requirements:
  • Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Cook in a busy kitchen environment.
About You:
  • Professional attitude with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, delivering top-notch service.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00
