Job DescriptionThe Senior Channel Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of the company's partner ecosystem, identifying opportunities, and building strategic partnerships. This includes collaborating with internal teams to develop go-to-market strategies, providing support to partners through training and enablement, and ensuring seamless execution of sales plans.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful channel sales strategies, and will be well-versed in industry trends and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales, sales management, or a related field;
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel sales strategies;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experience working with CRM software and data analysis tools;
- Familiarity with VMware products and services is an asset;
AU10 VMware Australia Pty Ltd offers a competitive salary package, including:
