  • Actively promote our accommodation, restaurant, bar, and event spaces to drive brand awareness and sales, leveraging various marketing channels and strategies.">
  • Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the entire sales process, providing seamless support and resolving any issues promptly.">
  • Coordinate event details across departments to guarantee smooth execution and customer satisfaction, resulting in positive reviews and recommendations.">

  • Maximize revenue opportunities in group reservations, conferences, and events by developing and executing targeted sales plans.">
  • Assist in the implementation of the sales & marketing plan alongside the Marketing Manager, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals.">
  • Conduct sales inspections and familiarization visits to promote the hotel's offerings, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.">
  • Represent the property at trade events and industry functions, showcasing our brand's expertise and value proposition.">
  • Create and coordinate social media posts to enhance brand visibility, engaging with followers and encouraging user-generated content.">
