Job Description:

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Passenger Service Agent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional service to customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service to passengers, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be required to handle check-in duties, process passenger documents, and provide assistance with special requests.

This is a permanent part-time position, and you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of integrity and discretion
  • Physical ability to lift heavy bags and push wheelchairs (up to 32kg)
