Customer Support Representative
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and email.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Identifying and escalating potential problems to management
