Job Opportunity

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join our team in Melbourne. This role is for 6 months with core hours from 6am to 2pm.

We are looking for a leader who can ensure all manufacturing processes are compliant with relevant standards, manage inventory levels and production schedules effectively, motivate and empower a small close-knit team to deliver quality results, model behaviours and leadership to drive collaboration and achieve desired outcomes, and manage costs for the site.

The ideal candidate will have experience driving operational efficiency improvements and change management initiatives, prioritizing safety and quality focus, being a leader who puts their people first, experience leading teams in a factory/manufacturing/operational environment, and managing projects to schedule, scope, and objectives.
