About the Position:

We are seeking experienced and skilled factory operatives to join our operations team.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a similar role, be physically fit, able to lift up to 20kg, have a strong focus on safety and hold a forklift license. Additionally, they must be able to complete shift work and demonstrate self-motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manual handling of equipment and materials
  • Loading and unloading duties within the warehouse
  • Maintaining machinery and ensuring quality control standards
  • Performing housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment
  • Ability to lift up to 20kg and perform manual handling tasks
  • Safety focused with a strong understanding of workplace hazards
  • Holding a valid forklift license
  • Able to complete shift work and rotate through different roles
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to undertake a Pre-Employment Medical, Drug & Alcohol screen and Police check
