Factory Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shift Team Leader to oversee the smooth operation of our factory.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage shift-to-shift operations and performance of the factory with a team of employees.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of production areas, achieving quality outputs and products that meet customer expectations.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing small/medium-sized teams in manufacturing or industrial operations.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work hands-on while leading and mentoring a team.
- Experience using computer systems, specifically MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP.
- Valid Forklift licence
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with own transport and driver's licence.
