**About you**
- It's okay if you haven't worked in a mattress factory before. Some of our most successful machine operators have come from all types of different factory backgrounds working with machines. Your willingness to learn will take you far.
- Doing the same task throughout a working day comes natural to you. You feel in your element when you are operating a machine and find that time flies for you in production when you are operating machinery.
- You may have worked in a factory role before or are currently in a factory role. Now are currently looking for some career stability with consistent hours and career progression opportunities.
- You pride yourself on being reliable and dependable. You have always found it important to be on time and have a great work ethic when you are at your job. Whether that involves being 15 minutes early for work or having that extra quality care factor with each product that passes through the assembly line.

**About the role**

Working closely with your tight knit team and production supervisor from 7:00am - 3:20pm Monday to Thursday and 6:00am - 12:00pm on Friday you will add significant value by:

- Being introduced to embroidery machinery and tape edging machinery to create high quality mattresses. Finding the role that suits you best to work in.
- Practising and becoming comfortable using the machine. Then later on working with your team to be a part of the amazing mattress creation process.
- Inspecting the quality of different aspects of the mattress throughout production.
- Working with your team to maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workplace.
- Following the daily production schedule.
