Salary PackageWe offer a competitive salary in the range of $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, reflecting the senior level of this position and the high demand for skilled professionals in the Sydney market.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Business Analyst with Mane Consulting, you will play a critical role in leading the analysis for a stream of work and shaping the direction of that stream as it aligns to our program's vision. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to document and uplift controls for our trade capture system, as part of a critical regulatory initiative.
You will be responsible for analysing and making sense of data to inform risk-based decisions, navigating a breadth of stakeholders from multiple groups and divisions, and ensuring effective communication across the organisation.
Your expertise in financial services experience within the Global Trading space will be invaluable in driving business growth and delivering strategic outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with demonstrated experience in documenting and uplifting controls
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with senior business and technology stakeholders
- Proficient in analysing and making sense of data to inform risk-based decisions
- Financial Services experience within the Global Trading space
