Job Summary

  • Deliver direct care and support to individuals with varying disabilities, empowering them to live life on their terms.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Support individuals in attending medical appointments, accessing community resources, social inclusion, and wellbeing activities, fostering holistic care.
  • Monitor and document client progress and care provided, ensuring continuity of service.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, therapists, and other team members to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements

  • Hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencement.
  • Be available to work across a full shift pattern, including mornings, evenings, and sleepovers.
  • Hold a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Have experience supporting people with disabilities in community or residential settings.
  • Possess a background in related support fields such as mental health, aged care, etc.
