Empowering Carers Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Empowerment Coach. In this ongoing full-time role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of carers.

This position is based in Upper Mount Gravatt QLD and offers a chance to work with a dedicated team that is passionate about creating inclusive communities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in coaching, counselling or community services, with experience in group development and facilitation. They will be able to create a welcoming environment for carers, facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions and build positive relationships with stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum Diploma in Coaching, Counselling, Community Services or related field. Previous experience in group development and facilitation is highly regarded. You will also need to hold a current valid driver's licence and be able to undertake some travel.
