Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our construction projects. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Manage site establishment, planning, and construction operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in construction management, preferably with Tier 1 or Tier 2 builders
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery on large-scale construction projects
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Construction management software proficiency
  • Contract administration and negotiation expertise
  • Project planning, scheduling, and control knowledge
