Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the transition and completion of construction projects. As pioneers in innovative building methods, we deliver world-class quality across the design and build process using cutting-edge technology and state-of-the-art digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that onsite processes are followed, and quality standards are met.
  • Assist teams to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Create and update project records.
  • Verify the presence and positioning of installed elements.
  • Inspect surface finishes to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Raise and issue defects, including estimated timelines and resource requirements.
  • Manage mastic application and quality assurance processes.
  • Oversee project-based drilling tasks.
  • Snag completed works to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Complete handover documents and issue to clients.
  • Assist with quality assurance checks on units within factories.
  • Report progress against project timelines.
  • Be responsible for plant and equipment management.
Leadership Skills:
  • Coordinate daily site activities and participate in weekly project reviews.
  • Lead and manage on-site finishing teams.
  • Address ER issues with your team.
  • Direct on-site resources to complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Full valid UK driving licence
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • MEWP operating certification
  • Accident investigation expertise
