Job Title: Site Supervisor
\We are seeking a skilled individual to manage our dynamic construction site. This is one of the biggest projects we have taken on, involving the construction of a poultry processing plant in Tamworth, NSW.
\The project encompasses a gross floor area of circa 38,936m2, providing storage, processing, chilling, cold store, and distribution facilities. Additionally, there will be a 1,600m2 workshop and store building, as well as ancillary administration, staff amenities and an expanded wastewater treatment plant.
\We are looking for someone with intermediate construction/building delivery experience in a site supervision/management capacity. A strong understanding of construction practices, sequencing of methodology, and value of building-related goals is essential.
\Key responsibilities include short and medium-range construction program development, quality control and site safety leadership, collaborative communication with engineer and commercial teams, and requirements analysis.
