Our Institute is seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead its operations. As a key member of our senior leadership team, this role requires strategic vision and operational expertise to drive excellence in performance, customer experience, and educational delivery.

This senior leadership position oversees the management of our construction education programs, ensuring that they meet industry standards and the strategic goals of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the construction industry and be able to lead teaching teams, oversee site operations, and develop responsive programs that cater to the needs of our stakeholders.

About You:
  • Degree qualification in a related field or equivalent significant experience in vocational education and training

  • Demonstrated experience in customer relations with the ability to lead a high-performing team and influence, engage, and work collaboratively with others to achieve common objectives embedding customer-centric principles in operations
