Job Overview:

We are seeking a Site Manager and Site Supervisor to join our client's Commercial Construction team.

This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in construction management, with a supportive and positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate on-site activities and scheduling subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Confirm scheduled subcontractors and ensure adequate site resources are available.
  • Ensure sites represent the client's professional image.
  • Oversee works completion in accordance with drawings, specifications, schedules, and industry standards.
  • Issue non-conformance notices to sub-contractors in breach of HSEQ policies.
  • Liaise with Contract Administrators to develop comprehensive scopes of work.
  • Manage site safety inductions for all staff and subcontractors.
  • Review construction programs against site progress and report delays to the Project Manager.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Construction Management or trade qualifications.
  • Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager on Commercial projects valued from $10M to $30M.
