About Us:
We are seeking an exceptional Construction Manager to lead our operations in Australia and NZ.
This role reports directly to the CEO, providing expert advice on construction, compliance, and regulatory matters.
Key responsibilities include greenfield and brownfield development, asset maintenance, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
About the Role:
You will oversee onsite construction management of multiple projects, quote and manage sub-contractors, and travel between regional VIC and NSW.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in construction project management
- Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative culture
- Flexibility to travel and multitask
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
