Job Title: Senior Industrial Automation Manager

This role is a pivotal position that involves managing and developing relationships with employees, clients, and stakeholders to drive business growth. The Senior Industrial Automation Manager will be responsible for project development and maintenance, marketing, and cross-selling products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to timelines.
  • Provide inspirational leadership to the team, guiding and mentoring project managers and engineers to achieve optimal results.
  • Support sales efforts by securing potential deals and executing project coordination.
  • Design and develop distributed control systems, including PLC/HMI/SCADA programs, to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and electricians to develop technical solutions and standards that meet industry benchmarks.
  • Attend regular meetings to ensure seamless project execution and document management.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in PLCs/HMIs/SCADA systems, with a strong understanding of automation technology.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating and managing automation projects, building and maintaining client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
