Drive growth, strengthen brand, and shape the future of healthcare at Macquarie University Health.
About Us
Macquarie University Health is Australia's first fully integrated academic health sciences precinct, uniting the Macquarie University Hospital and MQ Health Clinics, with the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Human Sciences. Our mission is to deliver person-centred, high-quality, academically integrated healthcare that improves patient outcomes, enhances student learning, and drives impactful research.

This is an exciting leadership role at the intersection of healthcare, business development, and brand management within a high performing, values-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities

- Proven success in driving growth strategies and brand transformation.
- Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and balance competing priorities.
- An established network of clinicians, referrers, vendors and partners within the healthcare sector.
- A collaborative leadership style with a commitment to mission-driven, patient-centred care.
- A hands on approach with a responsive, business outcome and service oriented mindset.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, administration, or health management (or extensive equivalent experience).
Why Join Us?
At Macquarie University Health, we know working together leads to better health outcomes. This happens when clinicians, researchers, students and staff unite to improve lives through compassionate, coordinated, effective care that is centred around the patient. As Australia's first fully integrated academic health precinct on a university campus, we translate research into faster diagnoses, better treatments and integrated, evidence-based recovery pathways. In this environment, our students receive unique, hands-on learning experiences.
That's how we Heal. Learn. Discover.
