Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide customers and dealers to complete warranty claims webforms
  • Process and verify warranty claims, ensuring they meet terms and conditions
  • Coordinate inspections and document findings
  • Approve or deny claims based on inspection results
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals
  • Provide accurate information regarding warranty policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in warranty coordination or customer service is required, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry. Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills are essential.
