Front Office Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the front office and reception at our resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office management supervising a team, strong leadership skills, and effective verbal and written communication skills. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front office and reception team
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Oversee reservations and collaborate with other departments
  • Supervise and train a small team of Guest Service Attendants
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in office management supervising a team
  • Strong leadership skills
